With six dedicated banquet venues across four properties, Larica has a strong events and banquets division. We hire event coordinators, banquet managers and support staff with experience in weddings, corporate events and social celebrations.
Sales and Marketing
Our sales teams work with corporate clients, travel agencies and online travel platforms to drive bookings across all six properties. Digital marketing, SEO and social media skills are increasingly valued in this team.
Property Management
Senior roles in property management, operations and general management are filled by experienced hospitality professionals with a track record of delivering results in hotel environments.
These categories cover the majority of roles across our properties, but they are not exhaustive — hospitality is a broad industry, and we also periodically hire for roles in maintenance and engineering, security, finance and accounts, human resources, and procurement. If you have skills or experience that do not fit neatly into any of the categories above, we still encourage you to reach out — we would rather learn about a strong candidate and figure out where they fit than miss the opportunity because a specific role was not listed.
